It wasn’t so much a Thai cooking but I had a pleasure of joining a judging panel at the 2nd Burgerfest at Royal Phuket Marina on 19th March. Congratulations to Kata Rock who was crowned Phuket’s Best Burger 2016, and JW Marriott who won best looking burger voted by the media.
Tasting 14 burgers in an hour and trying to judge them are quite a challenge, in terms of trying to stay focus and maintain the ability to compare all of them fairly. Felt like I’ve survived a burger eating competition myself.
